For the 6th consecutive year, the Pro Motocross season opens at Fox Raceway in Pala, Calif. The 2026 opener will be the 12th round held at the facility.

Eli Tomac is Pretty Good

Eli Tomac returns to 450MX where he will try to climb the all-time records charts as he’s done in 450SX.

There are two categories that Tomac could lead by the end of 2026 season: podiums and points.

  • Tomac is just 5 podiums behind Ricky Carmichael (84). He scored 7 podiums in 2025.
  • To pass Mike LaRocco for most 450MX points all-time, he’d need to average 22.2 points per moto for the 22 motos.

Jorge Prado-over

Two holeshots and six laps led sums up the highlight reel for Jorge Prado’s 2025 Pro Motocross debut. There were no moto podiums; his only top five overall finishes were both 5-6 for 5th.

  • Coming off a solid Supercross season with two podium finishes, Prado is looking forward to a mulligan.
  • Prado will (again) attempt to become the 7th rider to win both a world title and an AMA Pro Motocross title

Jett and Hunter Lawrence and Haiden Deegan won every single 250MX title between 2021-2025. In that span 12 different riders won 250MX overalls.
